Feminine and Masculine Love Poetry

Unrequited

He said
Fall for me
See me as I wish to be seen
Want me so badly
That you forget who you are
Abandon yourself
So that all you have to rely on
Is me and my opinion
Betray yourself
Surrender your authority
To serve me and mine
Only then will I love you
When you are so hobbled
You can never leave me
He said
Fall
Throw yourself on my altar
And I will cut you to suit my mood

She said
Rise for me
See me for who I am
Feel me so deeply
That you remember who you are
Recall your strength
Gather your energy
Bring yourself to your feet
Bear yourself with integrity
Hold your heart with care
So that you can offer me
A safe place to be soft
A warm place to lay myself bare
A home to infuse with my love
She said
Rise
Stand beside me
That we may create heaven on earth

He said
Rising
Is too hard
I will not relinquish my hell
In fear of not reaching your heaven

She said
Falling
Is too easy
I will not relinquish my heaven
In certainty of reaching your hell
